The Job

• To assist in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) duties
• To assist in Business Contingency Plan (BCP) duties
• To assist in organizing the Christmas Party
• To be responsible for subscription of newspaper and other office equipment
• To be responsible for ECC payment
• To serve as a back-up of reception duties on ad hoc basis
• To provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, etc. to the division
• To handle other jobs assigned by superior 

The Requirements

• University graduate
• 2- 3 years working experience in general affairs work
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent to handle work
• A good team player
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Japanese is preferable)
