Job Description
Responsibility:
- Provide office administrative support and clerical work for the company
- Assist in office administration & coordination works, liaise with internal & external parties on project progress
- Responsible for sourcing/purchasing follow up, project coordination & negotiations
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Handle daily general accounting duties, data entry and filing
Requirements:
- F.7 or equivalent preferably with diploma in office management
- 3-5 years working experience in office administration
- Must be willing to work with the team and assist team members on different projects
- Must have experience and be excellent in typing reports, minutes and preparing presentations
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Good personality, responsible, independent and able to handle stress
- Proficiency in PC skills such as MS office, Chinese word processing
- Immediate available preferable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administrative Officer
