Job Description
Job responsibilities:

Responsible for performing professional and full spectrum of secretarial and administrative supports to the management and other team members for business routines;

Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial duties including diary management, answering calls, organizing and scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, files and documents management, ordering supplies and other administrative duties;

Prepare presentations, meeting materials, reports, spreadsheets, correspondences and other documents, compile data and conduct analysis for special projects as assigned;
- Office management;
- Enhance administrative policies and provide timely revision and improvement; and
- Assist in any other ad hoc operational and administrative projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Obtain relevant work experience in secretarial and administrative duties
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Proficient in PC knowledge, MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, detail-minded, well organized and present personality
- Multi-tasking, able to handle high volume of work under high pressure
