Job Posting Details

The appointee will provide administrative and technical support on a full spectrum of O&M related functions but initially will be posted to oversee the mechanical installations, plumbing, fire services systems, staff training and safety issues. Duties include planning, coordination with contractors and end-users, hands-on work on various building services installations, preparation of tenders, implementation of new projects and supervision of in-house and contractors staff. The appointee may be required to perform shift duty and attend to emergency duties.

Applicants should have a degree or a higher diploma in building services engineering or related disciplines plus at least 8 years of relevant work experience, 5 years of which are at supervisory level. A good command of spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English is essential.  The ideal candidate should also have good analytical and organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
