Job Description:

• Handle incoming phone calls, book appointments, process payments
• Support day-to-day clinic administration
• Provide client care and relations 

Requirements:

• Genuine love and compassion for animals
• Prior experience in a customer service position preferable.  Previous experience in the veterinary or medical field will be advantageous but not essential. 
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Show a strong focus towards customer care with a positive and warm personality.
