RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prepare, administer and update the overall works schedule of Design Teams to ensure all work stages are carried out in accordance with the agreed scope and programme of each project.
• To assist the Design Teams to liaise with clients and other relevant parties in order to facilitate the progress of works, these might include coordination of project trips, attend project progress or presentation meetings with Senior Management or Design Staff within or outside HK, and provide English/Mandarin translation/interpretation when necessary, etc.
• To help the Teams to prepare and issue individual job programme, meeting records, project correspondences, etc. when necessary.
• To set target and monitor the Teams for work completion each month, prepare work approval forms and follow up with Client for signed approval, coordinate with Accounting Staff for invoicing.
• To perform ad-hoc duties as needed by the Teams and Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or above in Project Administration or related discipline such as architectural studies.
• A minimum of 2 years working experience. Direct experience in project administration and management would be an advantage, especially in architectural consultancy or construction field.
• Quick learner, multi-tasking with strong problem solving, organization and inter-personal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF and PPT; knowledge on graphics and drawing software like AI and CAD would be an advantage.
• Proactive, conscientious and a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
