Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Handle policy change requests and update in system
  • Handle premium payments
  • Prepare and checks endorsements or related policy documents before dispatching
  • Handle and generate renewal reports
  • Provide administrative support to the department 
  • Assist in ad hoc project 

The Requirements are :

  • F.5 Graduate / HKDSE or equivalent
  • Holder of IIQE Certificate Paper 1, 2 or 3 is definitely an advantage
  • Minimum 1- 2 years relevant experience 
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge in computer operation MS Excel & Word
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
  • Fresh Graduates/ Candidates with less working experience will be considered as part time clerk
