Our client is seeking a high caliber to join their team as Training Manager in their Contact Centre:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Training team within the Contact Centre
• To ensure a high quality, positive learning experience is delivered to all new hires
• Accountable for the performance of the training team and contribute to the successful delivery of training class
• Motivate and lead accreditation training to handle customer calls in Contact Centre environment
• To manage the learning targets of trainee and identify improvements to people experience
• Lead the team to participate in the review of different training as well as identifying gaps and opportunities

Requirements:

• University degree holder
• Solid experience of coaching and mentoring with ability to train and facilitate curriculum
• To prioritize job tasks while maintenance of a high quality
• Good knowledge in banking products and propositions
• Proficient in the languages required by the process is a MUST
• Flexible, customer centric and able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Knowledge with bank systems, basic software packages and specialised applications are preferred
• Open to working flexible schedules
