Job Description
Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to the Property Management team including:-
- Coordinate on customer enquiry and complaints to include incoming calls and email
- Provide tender support to include tender document preparation, coordination and tracking
- Support property management team in arranging site visits, prepare presentation materials, site operation reports, budget & manage expenses
- Organize meetings, assist with internal document flow between various offices and dispatch service
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Detailed, organized, highly-customer oriented
- A good team player, self-motivated, and with can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel) and Chinese word processing
- Good command in both English and Chinese
