Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills including communication and conflict resolution
• Well-versed on Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
• Excellent command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Job duties:

• Supervise staff in HR & Admin Department
• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performances management and employee relations
• Responsible for updating HR related files including policies, legislation and handbook, etc.
• Understand and ensure appropriate staffing needs for all departments
• Identify areas for staff development and training
• Manage all staff grievances and issues
• Conduct remuneration package benchmarking for appraisals and management requirements
• Prepare periodic reports for management re HR
• Conduct briefing and debriefing of new and departing staff
