Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration support to Brokers
• Handle insurance documentation, manage files and records, update internal system, and prepare reports as needed
• Provide assistance to team members in information gathering, liaising with underwriters and client, and preparing broking presentations
• Act as primary interface between broking team and other departments
• Ensure full & accurate completion of all soft copy files, and completion of all system entries and records
• Provide all assistance necessary in the identification and development of new business opportunities
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company

 Requirements

• Holder of a recognized college diploma or above
• Minimum of one year working experience in handling documentation or team administration
• A good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• The ability to think and react quickly in challenging situations and negotiations
• Meticulous in the detail and presentation of work
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills; outgoing and friendly personality
• Previous experience of insurance or marine broking an advantage
