Mission:

• Report to Partner and a small profession investment team in charge of the Real Estate Funds 
• Provide first class secretarial and administrative support
• Responsible for calendar management, T&E and complex schedule that called for extensive liaison with global investors/senior management across the region/headquarters
• Prepare presentation material and facilitate the coordination of fund raising & investors relationship related regional activities

Attributes/Requirements:

• Well qualified candidate with 8years+ PA experience supporting senior executives of C level with global financial institutions, private equity, i-banks or global markets
• Proactive team player with proven competency to working in a dynamic int’l banking environment
• Profession, Efficient and multi-tasked trilingual EA
• Polished communication skill & excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
