Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visit to monitor daily store operations including the store display, POSM display, staff sales activities.

• Prepare marketing and promotional plans and work flow in order to coach & motivate the frontline staff to achieve sales target.

• Propose and implement staff incentive programs to ensure sales target is achieved.

• Responsible for store performance review including sales tracking, target KPI reviews.

• Participate in business expansion such as store opening projects.

Requirements

• Degree holder with 2-3 years of sales and retail management experience

• Excellent leadership, people management and staff development skills

• Result-driven and self-motivated

• Good Analytical and problem solving skill

• Good communication and presentation skill

• Fluent command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Willing to devote himself/ herself to grow together with the company
