Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and arrange daily cycle count to maintain accurate inventory
• Report and record damaged stocks and request for write off
• Facilitate and support daily warehouse and inventory operations
• Check inbound and outbound shipment accuracy and report discrepancy if any
• Play an active role in annual stock take preparation and arrangement
• Ensure system inventory aligns with physical inventory by ensuring all processes  followed SOP properly
• Communicate proactively with warehouse and other business parties for operations and inventory control issues
• Provide clerical support to the department
• Ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• F. 7 or above with 1 -2 years working experience, experience in inventory control will be an advantage
• Possess general PC computer knowledge and MS Office, advanced in Excel is a plus
• Good command in Cantonese and English
• Able to work independently and proactively
