Job Description
Job duties:
- Assist to prepare documents, spreadsheet analysis, document filing & invoice processing etc
- Handle general office administration duties and the coordination
- Handle simple company secretary matters
- Coordinate with external parties
- Provide support to phone system and the graphic presentation issues
- Take part in the ad-hoc work / project which is assigned by superior
Requirements:
- University graduate in any discipline; fresh graduates are also considered
- General administration experience is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong computing skills (preferably in advanced Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
- Mature, meticulous, self-motivated, pleasant and be a fast learner with logical thinking
- Be a team player and able to communicate with all levels of management
- Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
