Responsibilities

• Sales administrative support to service sales team
• System invoice management and issuing invoice
• To handle customers’ sales enquiry
• Work with Philippines support team to ensure the service orders entry and job record creation are managed correctly and on time

 Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support
• Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel in particular) and other CRM software is an advantage
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Contract basis
