Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and general clerical support
- Preparing updated reports regularly
- Maintain filing system
- Simple calculation for report and data input and checking
- Be able to communicate with different parties via phone calls and/or emails in professional manner
- Coordinate and follow up on customer service and circulation inquiries
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working experiences, preferred in Financial industry
- Willing to learn, service attitude and result-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel application
- Presentable with good communications & interpersonal skills
- Candidate with more experience and shows strong interests will be considered as Officer
