Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and general clerical support
  • Preparing updated reports regularly
  • Maintain filing system
  • Simple calculation for report and data input and checking
  • Be able to communicate with different parties via phone calls and/or emails in professional manner
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer service and circulation inquiries
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year working experiences, preferred in Financial industry
  • Willing to learn, service attitude and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel application
  • Presentable with good communications & interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with more experience and shows strong interests will be considered as Officer
