Report to the Regional Head of HR, the successful job holder will be tasked with the comprehensive mission from staffing, promoting employees relations, budgeting, managing payroll/benefits vendors for AP countries, keeping abreast of latest HR/industry trends, continuous enhancement/alignment of HR policies. Most importantly working in close partnership with line managers and senior investment professionals to facilitate the accomplishment of business objectives. Moreover, the incumbent plays a key liaison role in AP with the headquarters to facilitate the implementation of global/regional projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 7 years+ relevant regional HR BP/generalist experience acquired from international financial institutions/banks
• Solid regional HR policies review and benefits/payroll vendor management experience
• Motivated, resourceful and proactive team player, with excellent professional and service-driven attitude
• Excellent problem solving and advisory skills
• Good relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to build effective rapport and trusting working relationships with different parties
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
