Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, training, compensation & benefits and HR administration;
• Assist in preparation of monthly payroll;
• Provide day-to-day C&B logistic support, including leave and attendance management, medical insurance administration, staff record management, letter preparation and filing;
• Support the HR system testing and implementation work;
• Maintain accurate personal data in HR system;
• Support the team in handling all HR projects whenever required.
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• 1-3 years of relevant HR experience in sizable companies or operation environment preferred;
• Experienced in using HRIS and system enhancement;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks with tight deadline;
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
• Diligent, independent and detail-minded with strong analytical skills;
• Those who have less experience will be considered as HR Assistant;
• Immediate available preferred.
