Responsibilities:

• Handle HR functions including the compensations & benefits administration, performance management and leave management
• Support the HRIS enhancement project and maintain an up-to-date HR record in all aspects
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports for management review
• Support employee relations activities and other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ solid working experience in human resources functions
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Good knowledge in HRIS is a definite advantage
• Result-oriented and strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Good in computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
