HR Administrator- International Law Firm 

Our client, a renowned international law firm with office in Central, is now seeking for a young and energetic HR personnel to take up full scope of HR generalist tasks. This personnel would help with overall recruitment, C&B, and HR Operation job.

Responsibilities:

·          Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, Compensation and Benefit, On and Off Boarding, Salary Benchmarking, Training, Performance Review, and other employee activities and relations

·          End to end recruitment process including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and job fairs

·          Annual taxation, visa application, MPF, insurance, and reimbursement

·          Cooperate with regional teams to ensure smooth communication in cross countries

Requirement:

·          1-2 years of HR and Admin experience gained from professional environment, experience in MNC preferred.

·          Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or related discipline.

·          Well-versed in Employment Ordinance & HR practice and regulations 

·          Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
