The incumbent will act as a team leader to manage and supervise a small team to deliver quality human resources & payroll services for a wide range of clients. He / She will need to lead HR and payroll systems projects, identify project issues and liaise with HR users, IT counterparts and external vendors to diagnose corrective / enhancement measures.He / She will need to keep abreast of the latest HRIS solutions in the market, monitor the system integrity and efficiency as well as deliver user training from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technologyor a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in HRIS/payroll and benefit administration in sizeable organizations / HRIS consultancy firms
• Strong project management and multitasking ability to work independently and efficiently
• Result oriented and well organized, with sound presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS including PeopleSoft is a must
