Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to handle full spectrum of store administrative duties including the maintenance of store equipment, store procurement, courier services and stationery supplies & control etc.
  • Provide clerical support to the store managers
  • Ensure the standard of comfort, cleanliness and tidiness of the store
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Maintain salespersons’ roster, leave records and attendance

 

Requirements:  

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration/HR or related disciplines
  • 1 year of experience with retail experiences is preferable
  • Self-motivated, proactive, strong people management and problem solving skills 
  • A good team player with a hands on attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
