Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to handle full spectrum of store administrative duties including the maintenance of store equipment, store procurement, courier services and stationery supplies & control etc.
- Provide clerical support to the store managers
- Ensure the standard of comfort, cleanliness and tidiness of the store
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Maintain salespersons’ roster, leave records and attendance
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration/HR or related disciplines
- 1 year of experience with retail experiences is preferable
- Self-motivated, proactive, strong people management and problem solving skills
- A good team player with a hands on attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
