Job Description

Monthly Salary Range:        HK$21,225 - HK$44,435

 

Duties:  The appointee will assist in administrative, human resources and knowledge management matters for the Institute and its centers, affiliated and joint, on the Mainland.  He/She will also undertake projects in setting up new learning centre on the Mainland and implementing administrative and human resources policies and procedures, liaise with internal/external parties, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, provide secretarial support to committees, supervise support staff and perform any other duties as assigned by the Head and the Administrative Officer.  The appointee will be based in Hong Kong but may be required to travel to the Mainland from time to time.

 

Requirements:  Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ relevant working experience and preferably have solid experience in the areas of Administration and Human Resources in Mainland.  They should be service-oriented, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and supervisory skills, interpersonal and communication skills, excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and strong computer proficiency are required. Experience in Human Resources and Administration will be an advantage. 

 

Terms of Appointment:  Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review.  A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.  Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable.  The School also provides staff development opportunities.
