Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the centres productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Plan, coordinate and execute operational  procedures & systems, identify opportunities for streamlining and make recommendations for continue improvement
• Work closely with all functional teams to execute,  review and modify operational  actions to maximize  business results.
• Lead, coach and train all centre in-charge in line with expectations of their respective plans
• Prepare regular performance reports for management
• Take the lead in documenting SOP

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma above in Business related disciplines
• Over 5 years’ working experience with at least 3 years at managerial level in Health / Medical service management
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, problem solving and effective coordinating skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese(including Putonghua)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Manager.
