Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll & MPF administration, employee compensation and relations
  • Assist drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administration support for HR routines
  • Arrange regular staff training to site staff
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and statistics
  • Support site offices’ supplies maintenance, repair work coordination and office insurance renewal
  • Prepare various administrative reports
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 1 year experience in HR and Admin field, preferably with sizable organization or property management industry
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
