Job Responsibilities:

• ž    Source and identify suitable candidates through our internal database and also through professional networks.
• ž    Develop new clients and maintain existing client relationships by providing tailored services and providing excellent customer service.
• ž    Full spectrum of recruitment activities from well understanding clients’ needs.
• ž    Be involved in the interview process to evaluate potential candidates.
• ž    Provide excellent consultation and advice to both of customers and candidates.
• ž    Build relationships with hiring manager, and understand their needs and how we can assist them best.
• ž    Manage offer processes with both candidates and clients.

Job Requirements:

• ž    Degree holder or above.
• ž    3 years solid working experience.
• ž    Working experience in Recruitment Agencies/ Human Resource field is an advantage.
• ž    Self-motivated person with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ž    Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• ž    Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• ž    Detail-minded and able to handle multi-task.
