Main Role:
Act as a key member on sales administration in HK to provide all kinds of support to local channel sales accounts and assist manager to prepare required reports for management review.

 
Responsibilities:

1. Provide full range support on administration tasks to channel salesmen to support the channel sales activities run smooth and the growth of business
2. Prepare sales reports and preform data analysis for management review regularly, such as channel PSI figure, sales achievement rate etc.
3. Assist salesmen to prepare monthly sales forecast with actual status and communicate with supply chain team to ensure the accuracy of stock level
4. Work closely with marketing team and support salesmen on channel sales display management and promotion activities preparation
5. Perform order proceeding and forwarding as internal procedure and coordinate logistic arrangement and delivery to channel sales accounts
6. Participate in ad-hoc project assigned by management

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in any discipline
2. 3 years or above relevant working experience, preferred in consumer electronic industry
3. Experience in channel sales management / marketing is advantage
4. Good data analysis capability and co-ordination skills
5. Responsible and maturity; able to work independently with good team spirit
6. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in SAP/POS is advantage
7. Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
