Job Description
Our client is well established Interior Design Firm for over 40 years specializing in commercial design and contracting for banking and commercial industries. It is looking for a Secretary to join their family.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Office Manager
- Assist design teams on conducting documents such as quotations, meeting minutes, project schedules, site meeting arrangement and goods delivery, etc
- Perform general office duties, greeting and telephone calls
- Handle tender submission documents and PowerPoint presentation
- Maintain project records and issue payments
- Handle ad hoc works if necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with recognized secretarial training and LCC I certificate on accounting preferred
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Hands on skills in computer literate (including MS Word and PowerPoint)
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Good problem solving skills and inter-personal communication
- Organized, proactive and can-do attitude
- Customer oriented and a team player
- Immediate available preferred
