Our client is well established Interior Design Firm for over 40 years specializing in commercial design and contracting for banking and commercial industries.  It is looking for a Secretary to join their family.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with Office Manager
• Assist design teams on conducting documents such as quotations, meeting minutes, project schedules, site meeting arrangement and goods delivery, etc
• Perform general office duties, greeting and telephone calls
• Handle tender submission documents and PowerPoint presentation
• Maintain project records and issue payments
• Handle ad hoc works if necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with recognized secretarial training and LCC I certificate on accounting preferred
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Hands on skills in computer literate (including MS Word and PowerPoint)
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good problem solving skills and inter-personal communication
• Organized, proactive and can-do attitude
• Customer oriented and a team player
• Immediate available preferred
