- Provides administrative support to departmental managers in a systematic and effective manner. Duties include:- organising meetings, booking of meeting rooms, setting-up of VC/ projector for video conferencing, tele-conferencing, updating meeting schedules, preparing and updating presentation materials and preparing monthly highlights and other reports as required and when required by superior and managers.
- Handle air-travel bookings, hotel accommodation arrangements, visa applications, car transfer logistics, that best suits the needs of department managers/directors. To ensure bookings are done in cost-economical manner.
- Provide general reception services and administrative support, maintain a smooth operation of the Reception (handle telephone calls, greeting visitors).
- Assist in business activities and ad-hoc projects when required.
Job Requirements
- A business degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration or related fileds.
- At least 2-3 years of administrative experience or working as a secretary preferably gained from a multinational organization.
- Able to speak and write well in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP system.
