Job Description:

Reporting to Operation Head, you are going to take an active role to manage our main warehouse and ensure efficient logistic services to clients across Asia Pacific:

• Take an active role in coordinate with daily operational duties from sampling, quotation, order follow-up to bulk shipment;
• Monitor orders with factories to ensure quality on standard and delivery on schedule;
• Implement and evaluate the sales plan in order to achieve sales and gross profit target;
• Inventory report update up-to-date;
• Process shipping schedules;
• Enhance the warehouse and distribution activities to ensure inventory management and physical stock quality and accuracy;
• Execute SOP and re-enforce filing system to ensure centralization of all digital and printed documents, clear up backlogs of pending order, deliveries, debt collections, unclear inventory, invoicing or other operations issues;
• Support other ad-hoc tasks from Operation Head and Sales Department 

Requirement

• Diploma holder in Logistics Management,Business Administration, IT or related disciplines;
• 5-7 years working experience in Logistics and Customer Service fields, Wholesale and or Merchandising ideally from F&B, tableware, cutlery, glassware or luxury products;
• Hands on skills in forecasting, inventory management, budgeting and cost control etc.;
• Good IT skills and proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), experience in using ERP system is an advantage;
• Detail-minded, good analytical, strong problem solving, very well organized and result oriented, Product Management experience is plus;
• Proactive, wiling to learn, who doesn’t mind getting hands dirty. Enjoy working in a team and also able to work autonomously;
• Immediately available is preferable.
