We are looking for dynamic and high caliber HR & office administration professionals for this position on behalf of our client, a well-established IT services and solution provider with clients from various businesses and organizations in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general support to a small team of human resources & office administration function
• Responsible for daily office general administrative duties such as repair & maintenance of office equipment, procurement of office consumables, etc.
• Perform all-round human resources duties, such as recruitment, leave and attendance administration, maintenance of staff database and filing records, etc.
• Compile and prepare various reports for management reference
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects and events for HR & Admin and other functions as well 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 1 year’s relevant working experience in HR & office administration
• Exposure in IT industry is preferred
• Detailed minded, well organized, able to work independently and multi-tasking
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Recent graduates with interest in HR and office administration will be considered
