Responsibilities:

• Handle order processing, prepare invoice and delivery documents
• Keep track of sales orders and follow up delivery with suppliers
• Handle phone enquiries, data entry and document filing
• Daily communication and coordination with sales team and logisitic team on stock and delivery issues
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the department
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 5/DSE or above
• 1 year relevant experience preferably in FMCG industry
• Positive, fast learner and willing to learn
• Detail-minded, responsible and a good team player
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available is highly preferred
