Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Maintain good corporate image and high level of professionalism by performing full reception function as well as every client interaction;
- Support daily operation in an efficient way, facilities & resource management;
- Handle all internal & external phone calls and greeting visitors in professional manner;
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and clients
- Manage meeting schedule, mails and courier delivery;
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned;
- 5-day work basis, shift location is required on demand.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in corporation/service disciplines;
- 1-2 years’ working experience in customer service;
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Customer oriented, positive sense of responsibility, self-motivated, willing to lean and good team player;
- Immediately availability is highly preferred.
