Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Full spectrum of HR & Office Administrative Function including: recruitment, payroll, employee relations, office procurement;
  2. Report directly to Project, Admin and Operation Director;
  3. Handle employee disciplinary issues, working injury cases and labour dispute cases;
  4. Review and formulate policies and procedures to meet the development of company;
  5. Lead the administrative support in projects and other ad-hoc assignments.
  6. Initiate in annual C&B projects such as manpower cost budget, annual review and performance management
  7. Provide full range of office administrative support, such as stationery ordering, petty cash record, office insurance renewal, travel arrangement and work visa.

Requirements:

  1. Degree holder or above in HR Management;
  2. Minimum 3 years of all around HR and Administrative experiences;
  3. Well-verse in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and common HR practices;
  4. Proactive, attention to details, good interpersonal & communication skills, able to work under pressure;
  5. Proficient with computer application. MS Words and Excel;
  6. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
