Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR & Office Administrative Function including: recruitment, payroll, employee relations, office procurement;
- Report directly to Project, Admin and Operation Director;
- Handle employee disciplinary issues, working injury cases and labour dispute cases;
- Review and formulate policies and procedures to meet the development of company;
- Lead the administrative support in projects and other ad-hoc assignments.
- Initiate in annual C&B projects such as manpower cost budget, annual review and performance management
- Provide full range of office administrative support, such as stationery ordering, petty cash record, office insurance renewal, travel arrangement and work visa.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in HR Management;
- Minimum 3 years of all around HR and Administrative experiences;
- Well-verse in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and common HR practices;
- Proactive, attention to details, good interpersonal & communication skills, able to work under pressure;
- Proficient with computer application. MS Words and Excel;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
