Responsibilities:

• Participate in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations
• In-charge of Internship Program with collaborating education institutions
• Assist the new HR system migration
• Prepare HR reports for management review
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in HR
• Diploma or above in HR management or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience in recruitment processing, HRIS administration is preferable
• Well versed in employment ordinance, employees’ compensation and other related regulations
• Have passion to develop career in social services
• Detail minded with good planning, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, creative, team player and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal & communication skills with all stakeholders
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office (word, excel, power point) and Chinese word processing
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
