The Hong Kong Medical Association is looking for a highly capable person to fill the position of Manager / Assistant Manager (Education and Policy).

Main duties 

• To assist in developing and administering programmes of Continuing Medical Education;
• To undertake research on healthcare, public and social policies and prepare policy submission;
• To compile policies and procedures;
• To assist Chief Executive in Council and committee work; and
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements 

• A university degree;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese ;
• At least five years’ post-qualification experience in the related fields;
• Good knowledge of current healthcare, political, economic and social affairs;
• Good analytical, communication and supervisory skills; and
• The ability to work under pressure and outside office hours.

Those with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager post.
