Responsibilities:

• Focusing on all recruitment activities
• Work closely with business units to understand their needs, requirements and budget
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, interview, offer negotiation to on-boarding
• Identifying effective recruitment channels and marketing strategies to attract talents across the business units, use single and multiple channels (such as : career websites, social media platforms, career seminars, job fairs, referral programmes, etc.)
• Handle the application of working visa in China/HK for the new foreign staff
• Provide consultative and operational support to HR managers on talent acquisition and employee relations matters
• Handle various recruitment and employer branding related projects
• Assist in organizing new employee orientation
• Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned such as staff relations and activities

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years of in recruitment field and experience in recruiting oversea staff is highly preferred
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• Presentable, self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
