Job Description
Job responsibilities
-review and conduct salary and benefits surveys and to keep abreast of market practices and latest economic trends to ensure competitiveness
-manage and guide local HR Managers in salary and benefits survey benchmark exercises and the interpretation of salary survey data
-support top management in rolling out various C&B related initiatives including job grading analysis, job mapping etc. in support of organisation transformation
-review compensation and benefit policy; recommend and implement changes leading to best practice operations
-oversee, plan and execute the annual budgeting and salary review processes which include preparing templates, colliding data, analysing salary data, providing review guidelines
-provide ideas and strategic plan to elevate the function to be a proactive and a value adding partner to the business
-contribute to the design of the rewards and benefits strategy and initiatives for SE Asia countries
-analyze, design and manage the incentive compensation framework including remuneration, bonus and grading structure
-prepare and provide regular group management reports to analyse the data against market activities to proactively make strategic decisions
-as a backup to local HR team on payroll administration
-assist in ad-hoc projects when assigned
Requirement
-Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with at least 8 years C&B experience in sizeable organisation
-sound knowledge in salary and benefits administration, C&B practices and HRIS application
-highly numerate with strong analytical and statistical skills
-proactive team player with good communication skills
-ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
-proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
-excellent PC skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
