Job duties:

• Perform administrative and project management support for the Long Term Care Division
• Provide secretarial service for committees and senior management team
• Manage service statistics, central documental system and databases
• Organize staff trainings and departmental activities
• Coordinate special projects and events
• Work with different internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in different departmental tasks including proposal preparation and reports writing
• Require to work at both Lam Tin and Pokfulam
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proficiency in computer skills including Infographics, MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, independent, well organized and self-motivated with team spirit
• At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in NGO setting
