Job title:           Human Resources Assistant

Department:     Human Resources & Administration Department

Duration:          12 months (subject to renew)

Location:          Cyber Port

(Shuttle bus from: Mei Foo, Kowloon Tong, Hang Hau, Tai Wai, Sheung Wan

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the HR team in handling full spectrum of HR functions in day to day operations;
• Maintaining employment records in the human resources information system;
• Assisting in preparing and compiling HR related statistics and reports;
• Supporting for upcoming HR projects as assigned; and
• Assisting the employer branding enhancement in social media platform.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources or related disciplines;
• Preferably have prior relevant working experience in a sizable organisation;
• Possess proficiency in computer applications; and
• Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
