Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of I/E shipping documents including use of Tradelink, customs declarations and banking documents
- Warehouse in/ out document handling
- Logistics arrangement of orders, provide support to sales team
- Daily clerical work, e.g. answer phone, issue the invoice, handle paper work and filling job, etc.
- Report to the Managers
Requirements:
- Good telephone manner, pleasant and mature
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Good in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
- Immediate availability is preferred
