Summary:

My client is an international law firm in central; they are currently seeking for a Legal Secretary to join them in their Corporate Finance team to support 2 lawyers; including a Counsel and an Associate.

Responsibilities

The major responsibilities of the role will include:

• Performing full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
• Process legal documents, such as formatting, inputting, editing, filing and copying
• Handle and draft legal correspondence
• Managing daily schedules/appointments and meetings
• Filing and date management
• Travel arrangement, entering time sheets, assisting with monthly billing and expense claims
• As well as perform ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

• At least 1-3+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary
• Having experience in the Corporate department previously will be a plus
• Local firms candidates are also welcomed
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and spoken Mandarin
• Confident, able to work under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
