Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and logistics support to our Interactive Education Centre (IEC) and the Unit including borrowing and lending service, purchasing of publications and any other administrative duties
• Handle public enquiries and schedule of workshops and educational programmes in IEC
• Supervise and coordinate with volunteers
• Assist in coordinating the facilities and equipments of IEC
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with at least 1 year’s working experience, preferably in an NGO sector
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable
