Responsibilities: 

• Develop and deliver in-house training program through Identifying the training needs of each department;
• Support overall training program coordination including design of training materials, logistics arrangement and administration tasks;
• Explore and coordinate external training program and activities for the group;
• Support on-boarding process and execution of staff orientation program;
• Assist in coordinating employee relations activities by liaising with internal and outside parties;
• Prepare monthly HR reports for management review;

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years’ experience in HR field in medium sized company;
• Solid experience in Training & Development field;
• Passion, Detail-minded, work independently, can do attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available highly preferred.
