Job Description
We are now seeking a Secretary to join our family. If you think you suit for it, contact us!
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range secretarial support to company directors and executives.
- Perform all-rounded office administrative & HR duties.
- Handle correspondence telephone calls & emails.
- Support personal matters when required
- Assist in Ad hoc tasks and assignments.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- 1 - 2 years of HR & Administration Management Department on relevant experience
- Good command of spoken & written English, fair in spoken Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
- Smart, mature, organized with pleasant personality
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Working Hours

Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00
- Alternative Sat 09:00-13:00
