Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will assist in full spectrum of HR and Office Administrative functions including, but not limited to Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and HRIS Management.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 3 years of all-round HR exposure with prior office administration experience
- Must be a good team player, proactive, capable of multi-tasking with a can do working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Well-versed in Employment, MPF and HR related Ordinances
- Proficiency in MS Office including Chinese WP
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin is a must
