Job Posting Details

The appointee will provide clerical and administrative support to the Interdisciplinary Programs Office including secretarial support; maintaining student records; preparation for meetings and visits; providing logistics support to events; performing general office duties such as overseeing renovation, stock taking and filing, procurement and payment and other duties as required. Working outside normal office hours will be occasionally required.

Applicants should have 5 passes including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A or level 2 if results were obtained from 2007 onwards) and Chinese in the HKCEE; OR 5 subjects, including English Language and Chinese Language, attaining level 2 or above (or equivalent) in the HKDSE. He/She should possess good PC skills in English and Chinese word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. He/She should be a good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility; capable of multi-tasking and attentive to details; service-oriented; proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
