Responsibilities:

• To assist the Operations Support Manager
• To prepare and update statistics data
• To keep filing up-to-date & systemically
• To verify and update shop payment record
• To check daily auditing report
• To handle shop Telephone / POS / Credit Card machine daily maintenance
• To keep and update locker record and staff room cleaning
• To handle store stationery supplies
• To input petty cash record in system
• To perform duties assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• High sense of responsibility and good working attitude
• Capable of handling multi-tasks and Ad-hoc projects
• Good communication skill and willingness to learn
• Proficient in using Excel and basic Word and PPT
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
