Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the Customer Service Department including enquiries, complaints, account opening, trading platform and market information with good customer service manner
  • With experience in account opening for institutional client, client onboarding, KYC and AML
  • Assist in client account opening procedures and general administration duties
  • Participate in different ad hoc projects as assigned by the superiors

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business or related disciplines
  • Around 2 years’ customer service experience gained in financial industry
  • Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC RA1
  • Good understanding of the global financial market and various financial instruments
  • Excellent communication skills with high level of customer service attitude and professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication, supervisory and client servicing skills
  • Strong PC skill & proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Immediate available is preferred
