Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operations of the Customer Service Department including enquiries, complaints, account opening, trading platform and market information with good customer service manner
- With experience in account opening for institutional client, client onboarding, KYC and AML
- Assist in client account opening procedures and general administration duties
- Participate in different ad hoc projects as assigned by the superiors
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in business or related disciplines
- Around 2 years’ customer service experience gained in financial industry
- Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC RA1
- Good understanding of the global financial market and various financial instruments
- Excellent communication skills with high level of customer service attitude and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication, supervisory and client servicing skills
- Strong PC skill & proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Immediate available is preferred
